We provide WhatsApp Business API technology services including messaging, automation, dashboards, and integrations. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta beyond official API usage.

2. User Responsibilities

• Not send spam, illegal, or abusive content

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are charged as per selected plans. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of policies, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, and trademarks are owned by Eagleviz Technologies. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including message delivery failures caused by third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
